Become a Montessori Teacher

Montgomery Montessori Institute (MMI) was founded in 1993 for individuals interested in becoming credentialed Early Childhood or Infant & Toddler Montessori educators. MMI is affiliated by the American Montessori Society, accredited by MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education) and approved as a private career school by the Maryland Higher Education Commission.

 

Franklin Montessori Schools provides the prepared environment for the adult learners and instructors at MMI. These future Montessori teachers benefit from learning and observing our teachers and classrooms. In turn, they share and collaborate to keep our teachers well-informed on new developments in childcare, education and Montessori research.
