After your visit and tour of Franklin Montessori Schools, we encourage you to submit an application.
The application can be downloaded from the adjacent link. After completion, please return it to the school with a $50 application fee. Acceptance of students is on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified when a space becomes available.
Enrollment of students is guaranteed upon successful completion of all Enrollment Forms, which includes payment of the annual enrollment fee. Enrollment Forms include: application form, enrollment contract, health forms, immunization forms, and emergency contact sheet.
